This is a vintage Arte Italica   Decanter Liquor Decanter. It is in excellent condition. The stopper is capped in Pewter. There is a Pewter ring at the neck and the base is Pewter. Hanging tag is Pewter. The decanter is 15 1/2 inches tall, base is 6 1/2 by 4 inches.
