I am dating them to about 1930 - 40s. Really neat design with somewhat of an Art Deco styling and old western aesthetic. Could have had some gilding finish. About 6 1/4" H x 5" W at the base 1 1/2" depth. Solid heavy bronze. About 3lb each. Marked and numbered as shown. 

In good overall condition, but there is a hat repair on one as shown on the last photo.
