We have for sale a Duncan Model 60 duplex parking meter.  These were used where two parking spots were next to each other so you didn't have to have two meters, two poles, etc.  The meters both take pennies, nickels, and dimes giving 12 min per penny, 60 min per nickel and 1 hr per dime, though the rate plate on each only says "1 hr per nickel, 2 hr per dime"

Both mechanisms work great.  Coins insert smoothly and the pawls keep good tension on the ratchet plate.  Coins contact the winding wheel when they should, don't slip on the teeth, and eject into the cup without issue.  The coin cup is the "coin chute" where the coins pile out as soon as you open it - send a message if you'd like the V-shaped coin tray that can be removed to pull your coins out.  Both timers have been tested multiple times. The time arches and rate plates both show their age and the fact they were in use, but are still perfectly legible.

The housing was panted black at one point, and both upper housings have Hours of Operation stickers on them.  No damage as far as I can see to any part of the housing.  Both domes are the originals with a couple scuffs and slight haziness but they are undamaged and easy enough to see through.  I can upgrade you to new domes if needed.

This meter comes with an original key.  All three locks open with this key (vault, and both service locks).  Key inserts smoothly and turns freely.
