Golf Clubs treated with BLACKNITRIDE? have increased wear-resistance, fatigue strength, corrosion resistance, lubricity and cosmetic appeal. Often replacing the more expensive processes of hard chrome or nickel plating, BLACKNITRIDE? gives better corrosion protection 


It is important to note that this Black Nitride finish, may exhibit wear as a normal consequence of use, although the manufacture states that this finish gives better corrosion protection than chrome plating we still recommend that this finish may require a small amount of maintenance to prevent corrosion.  They should be kept clean and dry, and periodically be wiped down with an oiled or silicone-impregnated cloth

These Awesome Irons come with a Custom Matching Paint Fill with Matching Ferrules

 

So... What is a ?Balanced & Blueprinted Club??

1)  We start by checking the lie and loft, because if they are to far off, it might effect on the swing weight if I have to bend them after they are done.

2)  We then pull the shafts out and clean the hosel & check the depth of the hosel to make sure they are consistent to receive the shaft.

3)  We prep all the shaft tips and put the shafts in the spine finder and mark them after removing all grip tape and thoroughly cleaning them.

4)  We Strip the old chrome and nickel plating (on chrome plated club heads)

5)  We check the groove depth and if needed re-groove -- sand/polish the nicks, dings & bag chatter marks being as careful as possible not to remove any excess head weight

6)  Next the heads are sent to be either chrome plated or black Nitride.

7)  Once the heads get back... dry fit the shafts checking the length & swing-weight -- then after installing the lead plug weights double check the swing-weight and install the ferrules.

 8)  Mix the professional Proprietary epoxy (cure rate 24 hours) and COnnect them making sure the spine position is in the correct spot and make sure they have the same amount of Epoxy to maintain a consistent swing weight. Let the Epoxy dry at least 24 hrs.


9)  Weight sort the grips to make sure all 8 grips are the same weight -- install the grips and make sure they line up straight and consistently stretch (on cord is critical for sizing).

10)  Finally we turn the ferrules and shine them up. Double check the loft and lie. A final cleaning & DONE!

Each club is hand built using the ten step process above.

This ensures your clubs will get the best matched specs and they will play more consistently club to club

***Please note: in most cases... the shaft bands/graphics do not line up perpendicular with the clubhead after we spine aligned them, also do to Prep and or polishing in some cases the serial number may get removed? we try our best not to have this happen but occasionally it does***

 

 

The heads of these Gorgeous Irons are in 99% MINT condition.... there may be a few imperfections we could not get completely out

They have NOT touched a golf ball since being refinished!!!!!!!
