Used in pretty good condition for how old it is. It does include the fog lights for free as they are not tested and are damaged (see photos). Has a little overspray on the bottom, and typical scuffs and scratches from age, but all in all in great shape. Please be sure to see all photos before buying. Everything in the photos is included. 

Be absolutely sure you are getting what you want. If you decide to return it you are responsible for return shipping, and there will be no refund on the shipping to you. 

I am sorry for the shipping cost. It is big and heavy. I am going to calculate the box size smaller than it is, so you don't have to pay the actual amount it costs to ship it.
