Description: You are bidding on a vintage nurse’s white princess-cut uniform dress.
This dress almost certainly dates from the 1950’s, since the tag lacks an RN number, which was mandated after 1959.
This uniform has a fitted bodice and slightly flared skirt with decorative buttoned bar on the pin-tucked front.
Aside from the tag indicating size(8)and style (454) the only other tag on the dress says “All Dacron.” This may refer only to the fabric content or it may be the name of the manufacturer. We are not sure.
Size: 8, XS-small. Possibly petite.
Chest: 32 inches.
Waist: 24 inches.
Shoulder to waist: 16 inches (approx.)
Shooter shoulder: 17 inches (approx.)
Waist to hem: 29 inches.
Shoulder to hem: 42 inches.
