The bright red color is great for applications where you might want to call attention to a wallplate: garages, workshops, utility rooms. etc. Commercial grade cover with slightly oversize dimensions, measuring 4.63"h x 4.68"w, that are an extra 1/8" in length and width than standard plates from other manufacturers to provide increased coverage around irregular wall openings. Made of a tough virtually unbreakable nylon - do not confuse it with regular plastic residential plates which can chip or crack. Features include:
