The stamps were issued by the Palestinian authority but not reckognized by Israelian Post. Could only be used locally

All purchases from £ 50,- and more, require registered mail, at £ 13.50.- E.E.G. and  £ 18.75.-  to all other countries. Shipments to China, (former) Russia, India  and Indonesia only by registered mail ! ( Due to many lost shipments in these destinations.)
