Very pretty and unique music theme coaster decorative plates. Not sure of what they are made of. The one that says "from the soul" has a small chip/with paint repair at the edge, see pics.  They measure about 4" and are NOT intended for food.  Would make nice Trinket Dish too for music lovers.
