The device has fully protected and sealed lead screws and incorporates an angle lock mechanism to prevent workpiece lifting when locked. The pin-locking mechanism consists of a cam that is operated using an eccentric pin.
The cam can lock all four pins simultaneously for enhanced precision and clamping performance. The force vector transmission system can act by binding the pins uniformly in all directions.
Thanks to the dovetail guide and the pull-down principle, the connection between the clamping bar and the vise is extremely robust.
The quick clamping system defies even the highest cutting forces and thus proves its extraordinary stability and load capacity.
