Shipping Services
We primarily ship orders via Royal Mail services within the UK as your choice.
Royal Mail First Class: Aiming for delivery within 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Second Class: Aiming for delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Important Shipping Notes:
Royal Mail collects parcels from us daily. Once an item is in their possession, the delivery speed is beyond our control. Please keep this in mind when inquiring about your order.
Royal Mail will only consider an item lost if 15 working days or more have passed since the expected delivery date. For any failed delivery or lost item claims, you will need to file a P58 declaration form directly with Royal Mail.
Please note that "working days" do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Returns & Cancellations

How to Return an Item:
Contact us via eBay Messages within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Returns Authorization Number.
Return the item to us in its original, unused condition with undamaged packaging.
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Upon receipt of the returned item in a resalable condition, we will issue your full refund.
Please Note: If an item is returned damaged, used, or without its original packaging, we may refuse the refund or deduct up to 20% from the refund to account for the loss in value. Original delivery charges will only be refunded if the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival.
