Origin and Habitat: Eastern central Mexico, Guanajuato, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí and Hidalgo.
Altitude: Around 550 to 2300 metres in elevation.
Habitat: Found in deciduous dry forests, dry shrubland habitats on limestone hills and boulders.
