Exchange System
Injectors are sold on an exchange basis. A refundable deposit is taken before dispatch and returned once your old unit is received.
Order Dispatched
Return Your Old Unit
After installing your new part, return your old unit using the provided label.
Exchange Refund
Once your injectors arrive at our depot, we’ll inspect them and issue your surcharge refund shortly after.
Important information
- Refund & Warranty: Injectors come with a 12-month warranty. First 90 days: full refund or replacement through eBay. After 90 days: warranty replacement or partial refund based on the order value received.
- Shipping: All domestic orders within the United Kingdom are shipped with next-day delivery free of charge. WTDiesel also includes a paid, printed return label for sending back your old injectors.
- Deposit and Old Unit Return: To keep pricing fair and support our refurbishment process, customers must return their old injectors. The deposit is a temporary surcharge to ensure the old unit is sent back. Your order is dispatched once the deposit is paid, and the full amount is refunded when we receive the old unit.
- Old units condition: Returned injectors must be complete and in one piece. We can accept units that are worn or not working, but they should not be cracked in half, heavily damaged, or missing major components.
- Warranty Claims: When submitting a claim, please provide the fault codes and the reason for return. If evidence is insufficient, a testing fee may apply.
