Enclosed in a Treasure Box Package, there is a Slime plush, Slime lanyard, Slime keychain, and the game. Comes with all original packaging, original game case & game manual. The game disc is in excellent condition, has been tested and works. 

The DLC code that offers the in-game items is included HOWEVER I do not know if it has been used. Please consider it used, but don't let that stop you from giving it a try.
