Dress has been used in theatrical productions.  It is a rich peacock blue color.  Polyester crepe so lightweight and easily laundered!  Off the shoulder styling with short puffed sleeves.  Ruffled lace and braid trim at bodice front and around lower end of skirt. Bodice flat lined with matching blue cotton.  Center back zipper with light boning in bodice back.   Skirt is gathered all around, dips slightly in front.  Finished with a 1.5 inch hem.

Flat measurements are:

19.5 inches at full bust; 16 at waist (each side seam has been pinched at the waist and can provide another full inch if opened); 17.5 nape to waist; 38 waist to hem (plus hem allowance). Circumference of hemline is 164 inches.
