This is an authentic Tiffany & Co. necklace that was designed by Elsa Peretti. It’s made from solid 925 sterling silver and features Peretti’s asymmetrical heart design suspended from its original sterling silver chain. 

The pendant is hallmarked ‘©Tiffany & Co. Peretti 925’ while the chain is also stamped with the brand and artist. Additionally, the clasp is stamped 925. The pendant measures about 2.3 cm wide, the chain is 41 cm in total length and the piece weighs 5.6 grams.
