We want to make shopping online with us as easy and convenient as possible, so if you purchase any item from us, and decide it's not what you expected, simply return it back to us in a resalable condition within 7 working days and we will refund the cost of your item minus any postage costs.

Please ensure all items are returned in the original packaging and unused. We will be able to process returns which are not in the original packaging.

Please ensure the appropriate paperwork is returned with the item where possible.

Always ask for proof of postage and it is recommended items are returned via recorded delivery where possible.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, just let us know within 7 days and we will arrange for collection of that item and either refund the full cost of the item or deliver a replacement item for you.

Every genuine part or accessory will be covered by our superb and comprehensive unlimited mileage Parts & Accessories Warranty, giving you and your customers the confidence that, in the event that you should have a concern related to the quality of our parts, you're fully covered.

Terms and Conditions

Should any genuine Part or Motorcraft branded part or accessory require repair or replacement as a result of a manufacturing defect, the part or accessory will be replaced free of charge by a Sandicliffe.

What is the Warranty Period?

The warranty commences on the date of purchase of the part or accessory and is applicable for the period detailed below:

For Omnicraft Parts

Every Omnicraft part will be covered by our comprehensive unlimited mileage Parts Warranty, giving you and your customers the confidence that, in the event that you should have a concern related to the quality of our parts, you’re fully covered.

Terms & Conditions

Should any Omnicraft branded part require repair or replacement as a result of a manufacturing defect, the part will be repaired or replaced free of charge by a PartsPlus Centre or Ford Authorised dealer. Labour charges will not be reimbursed for Omnicraft parts, even if a Ford Authorised dealer carries out the repair or replacement.
