Couriers & Delivery

•  Standard couriers are used for smaller items.

•  Remote UK areas (Highlands, NI, Islands) may incur a surcharge.

•  International buyers are responsible for all local taxes & duties.

•  Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to courier or customs issues.

•  If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.

 Haulage Deliveries (Large / Heavy Items)

•  Delivered kerbside on a pallet (driver not obliged to move items into your property).

•  The haulage company will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

•  Please check goods on arrival before signing. If damaged, sign as ?DAMAGED? and contact us immediately.

•  Missed delivery = redelivery fee charged by the haulage company.

 Product Information & Returns

•  Sizes and weights are approximate; colours may vary.

•  Metal may rust; bronze items need care if outdoors.

•  Handmade items may show slight variations in colour, finish, or size ? this is part of their unique character, not a defect.

•  Returns must be in original packaging with order details, sent via an insured courier.
