👚 Iron-On Application Instructions

For best results, always iron on a hard, flat surface (avoid padded ironing boards).

1. Fabric Check: Ensure your fabric is suitable (see guide below). Read the garment hang tag.
2. Iron Setup: Set your iron to the Wool/Cotton/Linen setting with NO STEAM. Temperature may be adjusted if the glue doesn't melt, as all irons are different.
3. Preheat: Preheat the spot on the garment where the decal will be applied for 10-15 seconds.
4. Placement: Place the decal's sticky side down (clear backing up) onto the fabric. You may reposition the decal as needed before pressing. Cut it apart or change the arrangement—nothing is permanent until you press it on.
5. Pressing: Put a pressing cloth (or thin rag) over the design. Place your hot iron directly onto the pressing cloth.
   • Press Firmly: Apply steady, firm pressure for a minimum of 30–45 seconds. DO NOT move the iron; let it sit in place. The combination of time and temperature is crucial for melting the glue.
6. Cool & Peel (Cold Peel): Allow the design to cool completely (Cold Peel). Carefully remove the clear plastic backing. If the vinyl lifts, replace the pressing cloth/rag, reheat, and press again for 10-15 seconds.
7. Final Press: Place a rag or pressing cloth over the design and press each side for an additional 10 seconds to ensure a smooth, durable finish.

✅ Suitable Fabrics

• YES: Cottons, cotton blends, wool, silk, velveteen, velour, t-shirts, sweatshirts, denim (the softer the better), lycra, slinky, and cotton sweaters. Always test fabrics if you’re not sure.
• NO: Nylon jackets, velvet, acrylic, leather, vinyl, and trigger fabrics (fabrics with a finish).

🧼 Washing & Drying Tips

• Wash inside out with cold water and mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
• Air dry is best. If using a dryer, use the lowest heat setting.
• Do not iron directly on the design. Turn the garment inside out or use a pressing cloth over the design.
• Avoid fabric softeners and wash less frequently to extend the decal's life and vibrancy.
