Suitable for Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 1994 1995 1996 1997, F250 / F350 / E350 OBS trucks. For many filters with different micron ratings, such as CAT: 175-2949, 198-6378, 1R-0750 or 1R-0749 (1R-0749 &198-6378 may require the filter mount to be moved for the taller filter height).

How To Install Filter Bowl Regulated Return Kit ?

Step 1

  • Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the fittings before assembly. Install the fittings into filter head. Then install the Filter base.

Step 2

  • Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the gauge thread. Assemble the gauge with the Regulator, Bracket and Return line. Install the whole part.

Step 3

  • Install the 2 feed line. One filter in, and one filter out.

Step 4

  • Install the filter. Use thread tape or sealant on pipe plugs and fittings.
