Ci Mizar GTL Living Top Class 4 Berth Motorhome. Based on the Excellent Fiat Ducato Maxi 2.3 multijet Chassis. 
The cab has all the refinments you need for pleasurable cruising to your holiday destination. 
Mileage covered is accurate at time of listing but may go up slightly as it is still in use. We have just returned from a trouble free tour of North Wales and Anglesey and the Motorhome was faultless. It really does drive well. for a 7.5m vehicle it is really easy to drive, Providing you have a C1 class License as its over 3500kg.

Perfect Family layout with a large seating dining area and the  full size bunkbeds make if feel really spacious and the over cab bed is massive. with plenty of light via windows to both sides and roof and two sets of reading lights at both sides of the bed. it also folds up out of the way for driving.

The bottom bunk folds up to create a much bigger garage although i have added a rear carrier/rack which carries our 4 Paddle Boards and a roof box which takes all our extra chairs, Full zip awning safari room and other leisure equipment. Also as you can see it has a Fiamma 4 bike rack fitted which we use and works really well.  If you dont want the rack/carrier on then two bolts is all it needs to remove and refit the tow ball back on, which i have.

The Habitation is fitted with Loads of windows all with thermal blinds and fly screens, all working fine and it also has Webasto diesel heating and hot water so you dont use loads of gas like the truma systems do. Also fitted and included is the Avtex TV/DVD combination tv12v/240v. The Leisure battery is not very old as is the cab battery and both hold a charge really well. i keep it hook up to mains all the time and the cab battery is on an optimate battery maintainer whilst its hooked up. keeps your batteries tip top.

Gas Cooker and hob works really well and we have had some great full meals prepared on it. perfctly functional for cooking for the 4 of us. A full size fridge and seperate freezer. the seperate bathroom with shower and cassette toilet is great for off grid and the shower works well as extra storage for wet wetsuits. There is also an external shower point in the garage should you need it.

I have all the carpets for the cab and habitation although i prefer not to use them, so they are like brand new. The Full Zip safari room/side awning is also included in the sale but again i have never used it as we dont tend to spend more than a few nights in each site we go to.

The Motorhome has a full service history, all Keys x 2 sets, and all books and manuels are present and the V5 reg docs in my name.
its Hpi clear and there is no finance on it.  Last Mot which had no advisories i had two new front tyres and the rears were new at 30k miles so still as new. brakediscs and pads have loads left on them and it shouldnt need anything for some time.



If you know about these motorhomes you will know how popular they are and sought after they are and in my opinion this is the best layout for a family.

i have owned the vehicle for over 5 years now and it has been brilliant but now genuine reasons force this reluctant sale.
Motorhome is in based/stored in Nottingham. NG14. im the 3rd owner.

Obvious bits, payment is Cash or bank transfer, needs to be cleared funds before motorhome leaves my ownership.
