There is very little information available on these stamps. I do not think they are fake, but more than likely, these are UNISSUED STAMPS - probably from 1975 or 1976.
The breakup of the East African Community started to happen around that time. These stamps were from a roll of stamps, which means they were intended for sale from stamp vending machines which were located at most post offices.
IF YOU DO HAVE MORE INFORMATION - PLEASE DO SHARE THAT WITH ME, SO THAT I CAN UPDATE THIS HERE ALSO.
The product is a strip of 6 stamps WITH A JOIN from Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, featuring animals and safari topics. The denominations are 40 cents x 2 and 20 cents x 1, two of these, making a totalbof 6 stamps, and they are in mint never hinged quality, dating back to around 1975/1976. These stamps are likely to be unissued and intended for machine use. The stamps are in extremely fine (XF) grade and would make a valuable addition to any stamp enthusiast's collection. DO NOTE THAT THE STAMPS ARE FROM A VENDING MACHINE ROLL, AND PERFORATIONS MAY NOT ALWAYS BE FULL, OR PROPERLY CUT.
There is a PART LABEL, - SEE LAST PHOTO - THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE - BUT JUST ADDED HERE TO SHOW SOME SORT OF PROVENANCE. (I WILL TRY AND GET THIS FOR SALE, but no promises...)
