    This item is from a 12 HONDA PILOT . We will contact buyer prior to shipping to ensure fitment due to many different designs. Please have your VIN# and vehicle information ready.

Payment

  • We accept payments through PayPal, along with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal processing.
  • E-checks through PayPal will have to clear before shipping, which may take 5-10 business days for processing.
  • 6% Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped/picked up in state of Pennsylvania.
  • Pay on pickup available for orders placed for local pickup for stock items off on the shelf.

Shipping

  • We ship by with UPS. Heavier items that weigh more than 150lbs are shipped with a regional freight/LTL carrier. Additionally items that are too large dimensionally will also need to go with a regional freight/LTL carrier.
  • Items shipped by freight will require signature upon delivery. If there is a problem with delivery, the buyer is responsible for all additional charges (ex. redelivery, limited access fees).
  • Local delivery available to local businesses only.
  • Items are shipped insured; if item is damaged in shipping, please take photos of packaging and product, then contact us to file a claim immediately.
  • If listing states "free shipping", free shipping is within the 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, or any other outlying islands will have additional shipping charges.

Warranty & Returns

  • Standard 90-day warranty on all parts.
  • Labor is not covered by warranty.
  • All returns MUST be accompanied by an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); please contact us to initiate the return.
  • Non-warranty returns must be made within 30-days of purchase; 20% restocking or shipping charge fee may apply for certain returns.
  • What is NOT covered: Axle seals, front seals, and drive shaft seals will also need to be replaced. Transfer motors if equipped, will not be warrantied and if left on is for buyers convenience only. Relearning, resetting, adjustment of shifter mechanisms, replacement of computers & programming may need to be done at a Dealership for proper shifting in certain vehicles.
