These are Generic/Remanufactured/Compatible cartridges, not OEM.
The color cartridges (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) have had spouts punctured but ink tanks are full as can be seen in the picture. They have been sealed as thoroughly as possible.
Black cartridge is still sealed in original packaging.
