Bulova Ref. 31000 manual wind chronograph with M9 date code, 1969 production. 

Excellent condition, Valjoux 7733 manual wind movement keeping accurate time. All start, stop, reset chronograph functions working as intended. Minor scratches on brushed case surface. Glass crystal is clean and relatively free from hiarline scratches. Blue starburst dial with "panda" white registers is clean and free of dents, major discoloration, or scratches. Comes on blue leather strap. Please see photos for more details.
