The only time this has been turned on is to show the three brightness modes in the final photos and the final photo showing the charging battery with the green "fully charged" light is from another Acebeam torch I own.

This torch has some great features, including:

• A high-quality tail switch, which is always easy to find (instead of twisting the torch to find the side switch)
• 3 brightness settings - Low, medium and high (Lumens depend on whether an AA or 14500 battery is supplied)
  
• Always turns on at "Low" to allow you to increase the brightness gradually without blinding you/disturbing others - no "Mode memory" (the model with this feature is identified by the bright blue - not black - pocket clip)
  
• Acebeam branded 14500 battery included with built in USB C charging port - glows red while charging and green when full (pictured)
  
• Full instructions, lanyard and spare O ring seal
• Water resistant up to 2 metres depth
  
• Super strong Titanium construction with unique "Topography" (map lines) finish
• Able to use Lithium ion 14500 batteries, AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries or standard AA alkaline - the first two types are recommended, the latter can be easily found anywhere in the world.

This is a really great torch and may make an excellent gift (as it was to me) and the only reason for selling this is that I already have a few torches but also recently a new baby, so my night wanderings in forests and beaches will be on hold for a few years...
