Table router kits

Transform your trim router into a portable or fixed compact router table and expand your woodworking skills and opportunities.

This versatile router table setup is ideal for professionals seeking a portable solution for on-site projects, those needing a space-saving option for their vehicle, or hobbyists eager to unlock the full potential of their trim routers.

There are four kit options available to choose from.

Kit 1 – is a DIY tailored kit aimed at people who already have a workbench or intend on building their own work bench/worktop and would like to fit their trim router into their environment.

Kit 2 – is a pre-assembled composite finished worktop with  fence.

Kit 3 - is a pre-assembled composite finished worktop with fence and the addition of two foldable hinged wall brackets and fixings.

Kit 4 – is a pre-assembled composite finished worktop with fence and the addition of two trapezoid legs.

Worktop composition

Expanding on from the current MDF table router solutions is a new composite worktop which is comprised of a 25mm MDF block which is cut, sanded and routed. The MDF core has rear channels slots for the rear fence included. The fence, t-track and MDF assembly are produced using 3D printed material giving the workbench a refined and durable finish.

Please read the kit options available carefully so you understand what is included in each kit.

Kit 1 includes..

·         3 Templates to attach to your worktop to ensure the worktop is cut correctly to accept the router mounting plate.

·          A router mounting plate designed specifically for your trim router with 4 screws to secure to worktop.

·         4 centre hole inserts with 2 fix screws (10mm, 16mm, 24mm, 30mm)

·         2 Starter pins (to assist with introducing material to the cutter) 

ITEMS REQUIRED

·         Trim router that can fit a 16mm guide bush.

·         A 16mm guide bush!

·         A 12mm or 12.7mm straight cutter

·         A drill and jigsaw (* jigsaw optional & only required if not routing the centre cut-out with your trim router)

·         A workbench or worktop to fit this kit.

Kit 2 includes..

·         A pre-assembled router worktop with rear fence & knobs.

·         Adjustable material stop (on the rear fence)

·         4 centre hole inserts with 2 fix screws (10mm, 16mm, 24mm, 30mm)

·         2 Starter pins (to assist with introducing material to the cutter) 

Kit 3 includes..

·         A pre-assembled router worktop with rear fence & knobs.

·         Adjustable material stop (on the rear fence).

·         2 Folding wall brackets with fixings.

·         4 centre hole inserts with 2 fix screws (10mm, 16mm, 24mm, 30mm)

·            2 Starter pins (to assist with introducing material to the cutter)

Kit 4 includes..

·         A pre-assembled router worktop with rear fence & knobs.

·         Adjustable material stop (on the rear fence).

·         2 trapezoid 406mm legs with fixings (*supplied flat-pack)

·         4 centre hole inserts with 2 fix screws (10mm, 16mm, 24mm, 30mm)

·         2 Starter pins (to assist with introducing material to the cutter)
