You're looking at new with tags Gymboree brand girls capri leggings pants in size M 7-8 (Age 6-8 years, 48-54 inches, 52-74 pounds) with slight runching near the leg bottoms in the back.  Pretty and colorful flower design with Navy Blue (looks black but I'm pretty sure it's dark blue), green, neon yellow and white. They are stretchy and cool thin smooth material with 87% polyester and 13% spandex.  There's a small hidden pocket by the tag. Retails for $26.95.
