For sale is an HP Hewlett-Packard Model 6226B DC Power Supply.  This unit does power on and does generate DC voltage and amperage.  It only generates about 33 V max (nameplate 50V), and 1.68A max (nameplate 1.5A).  The gauge does not move; it appears to have been damaged at some point and may need the needle to be freed up.  All large capacitors have been tested - see capacitor description followed by nameplate capacitance / tested capacitance (uF) in parenthesis:
