The industrial pulse dust collector is an industrial device that separates suspended particles from gas through a physical filtration mechanism. Its core functions include dust capture, storage and emission purification of air. The dust collector adopts the negative-pressure external filtering mode and the pulse jet back blowing and drawer dust collection modes to achieve efficient filtering and effective dust collection. The pulse dust collector can be widely applied to laser cutting smoke collection, grinding machine dust collection, machine tool iron dust collection, CNC metal dust collection, etc.

1. During transportation, the product cannot be inverted, exposed to rain or hit and cannot collide with other objects.

2. After arrival, please check the machine according to the packing list. If there is any loss, please tell us in a timely manner.

3. This machine can be used through simple installation. Insert the dust suction hose into the suction inlet, connect the other end of the dust suction hose to the stainless steel straight pipe, insert the nozzle into the suction head, and fasten it with the iron hoop provided by the machine.

4. Before use, please check whether the screws in all parts are loose, whether the filter bag is intact, and whether the electrical components are normal, and then start the machine.

5. The dust collector equipped with the dust filter bag should not suck media that are deliquescent or have too fine particles, otherwise the filter holes are prone to blockage, the suction force can be reduced, the dust suction effect can be affected, and the filter bag may be damaged.

6. When the suction pipe is used in an environment with static electricity, the embedded steel wire close to the suction inlet end can be pulled out slightly to be directly connected to the suction inlet so as to guide away the static electricity which may be generated.

7. If the suction force decreases during use, please remove the filter and blow it back with compressed air to clean the filter bag. When installing the filter bag, be sure to tighten the bag opening at the bottom, otherwise the medium may be sucked into the motor or damage the filter.

8. The overload protection device is installed inside the electrical device. When the machine stops due to overload, please turn off the power, find out the cause of the overload, and then start the machine for use.

9. When the particle size of the sucked particulate media is 0.1mm or below, please clean the filter bag and filter regularly.

10. During use, the temperature of the machine may reach up to 60 degrees Celsius or above, so please do not touch the heating parts on the side of the machine body with your hands to avoid accidental injuries. At the same time, when using the machine in the combustible environment, please do not use the machine in an environment with an ignition critical temperature of below 80 degrees Celsius.

The intelligent control panel adopts the digital display and button control combination mode, clearly displaying key parameters, effectively monitoring the operating state in real time, greatly improving the system reliability and safety and ensuring smooth dust collection.　

High Quality Blower

The aluminum alloy regenerative blower can directly provide the compressed air for dust cleaning, making the system more compact and reliable. The oil-free air source can be supplied to ensure the blowing cleanliness and avoid the pollution and failure.

Electric Box

The intelligent electric box is designed for achieving centralized control and automatic operation, greatly reducing the manual operation demands and incorrect operation risks and well fulfilling the functions of electrical protection, equipment protection and safety protection.　

Pulse Jet Back Blowing System

The pulse jet back blowing system can release the compressed air impact wave instantaneously to remove the dust layer on the filter barrels, achieving deep cleaning, improving the cleaning thoroughness and having high adaptability and practicability.

Filter Barrels

The polyester fiber PTFE filter barrels are adopted to achieve the high filtering precision and efficiency of 99.8%, can be compatible with the pulse jet back blowing system to achieve a good dust cleaning effect, and have good physical and mechanical properties.

Air Pressure Gauge

The air pressure gauge can visually display and monitor the air pressure in real time, ensuring the good dust cleaning effect, protecting the machine from overpressure damage and low-pressure operation and effectively achieving fault diagnosis and early warning.

Dust Storage Bin

The dust storage bin is of a drawer type structure, and is simple and reliable in structure, low in cost and easy to clean and operate. The sealing design makes the cleaning process easier and more convenient, avoids re-entrainment of dust and improves the cleanliness.

Fastening Buckles

The multiple fastening buckles are designed for easily opening and closing the machine doors as required, and are simple in structure, convenient to use and firm to connect, low in cost and good in fixing effect, and the practicability and controllability are effectively improved.　

2. Equipment commissioning

(1) Press the start button to start the device, and press the stop button to stop the device. In the stop state, long press the distant mode, the front distant indicator light will be on, and the distant mode will be started. Long press the distant mode again, the front distant indicator light will be off, and the distant mode will be closed (local mode). Other modes can also be turned on and off in the above way. Short press the setting button to see the numerical value displayed on LCD screen at the upper left corner, the numerical value represents the parameter corresponding to the function where the middle indicator light is on (for example, if the LCD screen on the front side displays 99 and the light in front of the middle pulse interval is on, it means that the pulse interval time of the device is 99 seconds).

(2) Operate the remote control code in sequence according to the steps in the yellow area on the left side of the panel.

(3) Machine stop back blowing setting: When the machine is in a stop state, press the pulse mode for 5 times quickly and continuously, the pulse switch will be turned on, and the pulse back blowing will automatically run. After the machine stop back blowing is completed, press the stop button to remove the machine stop back blowing function.
