I’m told that these are limited edition, celebrating Mattel’s 80th Anniversary. I have not seen these at Target or Walmart. I did find this one of all places Macy’s. The package has some shelf ware.Shipping will be through the USPS. Please enjoy the pictures. Thank you for your time and interest.
