Tip 1: Test before installation
Do not remove any protective film or labels during testing. Please pay attention to static electricity issues. Before attempting any repairs, be sure to wear an ESD (electrostatic discharge) strap. This will prevent static electricity from damaging the electronic components inside the phone. Make sure you wear goggles and be careful not to cut your fingers with glass shards.
Tip 2: Simulation testing
Screen replacement is a very fragile product. We strongly recommend testing before installation. Please simulate the test, which means separating the phone (motherboard+LCD or screen), connecting the audio cable and replacing it with a new one, powering it on, and completing the test. If the test is successful, please install. If it cannot be displayed, please contact us as soon as possible. And please do not force it to be installed on your phone. Once the screen is installed, we will not be responsible for after-sales service.
Tip 3: Do not excessively bend the cable
Please ensure that the LCD cable is not excessively bent. Bending beyond 90 degrees will result in black display.
Regarding warranty:
If the display is abnormal after installation, such as black screen not displaying, blurred screen, lines, leakage, screen cracking, screen explosion, cable breakage, etc., it is not covered by warranty. Abnormal display after installation is caused by damage to the LCD inner screen, which is caused by external force and not a quality problem, and is not within the scope of after-sales service!
Regarding the delivery:
When signing for a screen package, it must be unpacked and inspected in person (it must be signed for in person). If there is any damage or quantity issue, the package will be rejected directly. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to verify and handle it! For example, if the goods are signed for or collected directly without inspection, it is assumed that the goods are intact. If the screen is damaged after signing for it, the recipient will not be responsible and the risk will be borne by the recipient!
Regarding installation:
Before installation, test the motherboard bare wire buckle. If there are any problems during the test, please pause the installation and contact our customer service promptly for assistance. (If damaged during installation or after installation, it will not be within the scope of after-sales service)
