*This item is priced the lowest I will accept because of the shipping costs that are added to the cost of the item to determine the seller fee. You may save on combined shipping with one other Star Wars Unleashed figure or similar sized item, however, the item prices are still the same.
SELLER TERMS:
COMBINED SHIPPING for multiple purchases might be available to save on shipping costs, but will depend on size, shape, how many, and whether I can find an appropriate box to do so. If interested, please contact me and let me know which items you want to combine and your zip code to receive a quote. DO NOT hit "request total" because the cart will check you out and it will commit you to buy the items in the cart. I will try my best to accommodate requests.
If combined shipping is possible, then you can select them in the cart and request an invoice and I’ll correct the shipping charge and send it back to you. Another option, would be to pay immediately and I will refund the excess in shipping. My account does not automatically adjust for combined shipping in the cart; you must either request a total or pay and wait for a refund.
EXCLUSIONS FROM COMBINED SHIPPING: I do have some large items and lots of items that are already combined. These listings are excluded/not available for combined shipping and will say so in the listing. These will not be available to combine using the shopping cart.
ITEMS LISTED: Most items I sell are from my own collection and I live in a non-smoking environment. Pictures in the listing are of the actual item for sale. Please examine the pictures carefully and consider them part of the description of the item. If you have questions, please ask before purchase.
PAYMENT must be received within 3 business days and before shipping. I have a 2 BUSINESS DAY HANDLING TIME
SHIPPING METHOD: I use pirateship.com for purchasing shipping labels. The cost is significantly cheaper than retail (purchasing from the carriers directly) or using the eBay shipping calculator based on buyers’ location. I ship either UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper at the time of shipping. Recycled boxes or packing material may be used. Shipping quotes are based on an East Coast location and I'm in Washington State. I'm happy to refund the difference for closer locations if more than $1 difference. If you want a quote based on your location, please ask.
TRACKING & INSURANCE up to $100 is included with all packages; the tracking number will be provided after the item is shipped. If your order is more than $100, I will make sure it is insured for the full amount. No invoices are included with packages.
COMMUNICATION: Please check your eBay messages in case I need to communicate with you about your purchase. Using the eBay app enabled for notifications is very helpful.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 30 days for full refund and buyer pays return shipping. However, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally sent. (Example: Do not open a factory sealed item and then try to return it; packaging is part of the value.)
If an item arrives damaged or there are other issues, please contact me ASAP so we can address it before leaving any negative or neutral feedback or a rating less than 5 stars. Please take pictures of the shipping box and the damage to the item, so that a claim can be made with the carrier.
