DIRTY STORY

Acclaimed British author Eric Ambler's, "Further Account of the Life and Adventures of Arthur Abdel Simpson", a character first introduced in The Light of Day. 

This 1967 hardcover first American printing is signed by Ambler on the half-title page. Extremely rare thus: Ambler rarely signed his works.

The book remains in very good condition. The jacket has minor general signs of age and use, including a few tiny nicks at the edges; no serious flaws; looks sharp in its mylar sleeve. The book has minor handling to the covers and light foxing to the text edges; the binding is firm; minor foxing and a tiny stain to the rear endpaper (sixth photo); the interior is otherwise in fine shape.

Certainly a very presentable copy of this scarce collector's item, at an unusually low price.
