From 1950, the very rare, limited edition of this angling classic, #94 of just 200 copies hand-bound by the author/publisher in blue cloth and black leather. This copy is hand-numbered and signed by Wetzel, with no personalized inscription. There is also a hand-correction by Wetzel on one page.

This copy remains in quite good shape. The covers show fairly minor age and wear, including some rubbing at the corners; tight binding; the usual off-setting to the endpapers; light dust to the text edges; the interior is a little toned with age; no tears, creases, stains, etc. The former owner made light pencil checkmarks next to a number of the books listed; these could be erased but may be of some interest. 

A very presentable copy of this extremely rare and remarkable book, at an unusually low price.

Measures just over 7.5" X 10", 235 pages, illustrated with vintage title pages, old ads, etc.
