• Our items come from reputable, licensed distributors who specifically provide movies to the video rental market. We do not deal with bootleg, pirated, or used items!
• Due to the nature and factors which are unpredictable in distribution, manufacturing, artwork discrepancies, shipping and handling services, there is an estimated 0.5-1% defect/damage rate which we are not responsible for but can be easily solved by notifying us and allowing our customer service team to quickly offer support.  Insurance for loss or damage up to $100.00 is provided free of charge when using USPS Ground Advantage.  Buyers may file claims directly with USPS if necessary.  
• We ship using high quality bubble protected envelopes containing our direct contact information.  We are not responsible for items damaged during shipment.
• We cannot possibly be responsible for any dissatisfaction in any storyline or movie script.  We do not have ANY involvement in filming, directing, movie content, screenplays, distribution, packaging, etc... We do our very best to provide as much detail as possible which comes directly from Distributor advertisements.  Feedback for any type of dissatisfaction under these circumstances should be reserved for sites such as Rotten Tomatoes.
