How rare is this?? 

Find me another one! This is a fabulously enchanting game from TOMY, from the late 1970's I believe. Called 'Arcade Attack', this was one of a series of electro-mechanical toys TOMY produced, emulating and miniaturizing the arcade games of old.

What makes this example so interesting and collectable is the awesome, mechanical means that drive the illuminated craft across the screen; a fairly complex structured mechanism devoid of any IC's; different from the Video Fluorescent Display games from the same era.

What ALSO makes this one so rare is that it is fully tested and fully working, especially the sound is fully functioning, with effects and voice LOUD and clear. Of the few that I have seen previously, they have invariably had faults, especially with non-working sound.

Other than superficial blemishes to the decals, this is in a very good, clean condition. The original box is included but it is missing the lid.

A MUST HAVE for any quality vintage electronic game/toy collection.
