After the initial 30 day money back guarantee, you are responsible for shipping an item back to us. Once the item is repaired/replaced, we will pay for the return shipping back to you.
Batteries are considered consumable items as they deteriorate over time, and as such, are not covered under warranty. They are, however, checked at the time of sale to make sure they are in reasonable health according to the grading guidelines of the item.
All faults are covered under the warranty except physical damage, liquid damage, and battery failure.

These orders will be sent on a Royal Mail tracked service. If you require a more immediate delivery service, we use DHL. However, this courier service will incur an extra cost as stated at the checkout.
