This is a genuine pair of Apollo Bio-Fin Pro fins in a Men's size Large with adjustable heel straps.  This pair was part of a loadout issued to an East Coast Naval Special Warfare unit.  They have been used but remain in good, serviceable condition with no issues.  The previous owner zip tied the split fins together; you can remove this easily but it will leave a hole in the fins.  Comes exactly as shown in photos.
