Note: For DC brushless motors, the positive and negative poles must not be connected in reverse!

The red wire is the positive terminal and the black wire is the negative terminal. Connecting them in reverse will burn out the driver board! ! !


Wiring definition: (Indicated on the motor circuit board)

Red line: VCC(Positive electrode

Black wire: GND(negative terminal)

White line :PWM(supports speed regulation)

Green line: FG(Feedback signal line, can be left unconnected

Blue line: FR direction line, supports forward and reverse rotation

The motor itself comes with a driver board. It can be driven by a set of DC power supply (DC12-20V). It is recommended to use an adjustable power supply. By adjusting the voltage size, the speed regulation effect can be achieved.

The no-load current measured at 12 volts is approximately 140 milliamperes and the no-load rotational speed is about 2380 revolutions per minute.

The no-load current measured at 18 volts is approximately 170 milliamperes and the no-load rotational speed is about 3600 revolutions per minute.


Two wiring methods:

① Simple wiring method (No need for a speed control board

Red wire + white wire: Connect to the positive terminal of the DC power supply

Black wire: Connect to the negative terminal

The motor housing rotates counterclockwise (facing the person).

If you want to change the direction, add an extra blue wire to the positive terminal, that is, red wire + white wire + blue wire: Connect to the positive terminal of the DC power supply.

Black wire: Connect to the negative terminal

The motor housing has turned clockwise!

The motor is reasonably designed and can be reversed during operation. After adding the blue wire, the motor will slowly stop and then run at full speed in another direction!

② It can be equipped with a self-provided PWM speed control board and has a built-in forward and reverse rotation function.

The red wire of the motor is connected to the VCC of the speed control board.

The black wire is connected to the GND of the speed control board

The white wire is connected to the PWM of the speed control board.

The blue line is connected to the CW/CCW of the speed control board.

By applying another set of DC power supply, speed regulation and switching between forward and reverse rotation can be achieved.

Note:

1.Due to the light and screen difference, the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures.

2.Please allow 1mm-1cm differences due to manual measurement.
