What’s the story of this car?

• I found the car in England in october 2022 and decided to restore it to my standards, along with modern electronics for a new brushed motor.

• The project lasted about 4 months, cleaning every part or replacing them (if too damaged).

• I decided to give it a “midnight look”, while keeping the original feel of the Ninja.

This car is fully adjusted and Ready To Run (RTR):

• Bind it with any Spektrum DXs transmitter (not included).

• Refer to the included Spektrum receiver manual for instructions.

It was tested OK after restoration and never used since!

Electronic was converted to a “modern brushed setup”, using “Power HD 1501MG High-Torque Metal Gear Servo”, “Spektrum Receiver (SPMAR410)”, “60A Brushed Waterproof Speed Controller (Wp-1060-Brushed)” and “Dynamite 15-turn Brushed Motor (DYN1172)”.

Tyres and wheels were replaced with “Schumacker Full Spike Tyres (U6595 and U6596)”, “Maverick Strada Redcat (FTX Vantage)” and “Foam Insert Hard U6652 and U6653)” installed.

All original Marui gears, installed on the front and rear gearboxes, were lubricated with recent “Tamiya Cera-Grease”.

• Original gears were installed with new small bevel gears, new shim washers (part #1001R) and new orange “Boca Bearings”.

Aftermarkets parts:

• Rear diff box and driver were replaced with printed “Optima House” parts.

• Using TBG body and MCI decals, along with printed wings (part #1005P).

• Fully converted to Hex screws (part #1002R-HEX), including a few in titanium.

Axle Joints were replaced with “Tamiya Front Wheel Axles TG10 (SP-823)” and “Traxxas Wheel Hubs and Stub Axle Pins (1654)”.

• Original used axles are included

Dampers were replaced with “Traxxas TRX4 Axial SCX10 (90046)”, along with “Samix Stainless Steel 5.8mm Flanged Pivot Balls (SAMBFS-58)” and “Traxxas Threaded Rod Set (TRA2537)“.

• Cleaned and original Marui parts for rear diff box and axles.

• Some of the original packaging.

• Free “Screw Tray Tools”

• Various stickers!
