Building is in outstanding shape for the age. Even the door latches still work. Has a few nicks here and there and some paint loss from the lower roof being taken off. Only true issue I found is the flag pole (nail) has come loose and will need to be glued. All paint looks original and no touch ups found. Measures 19” long 8” deep and is 7” tall.
