Excellent condition. Washington Union Station sold thousands and thousands of parlor and sleeping car tickets every year. Since many sales involved return trips from New York to other corridor destinations or points served The Broadway or other main line trains, the LP-875 was a handy everyday form. The first-class ticket itself  (green Association ticket paper identified first -class) was typically accompanied by a Pullman ticket that identified the parlor or sleeping car (numbered) and the seat number or room letter.
