RETURNS |
Please note that while we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked — processing returns requires significant resources. We kindly ask that you avoid purchasing multiple items with the intent to return some. Returned items must be unused, include all parts, and be in their original packaging. You may use your own shipping material.
Buyers pay for return shipping. Please be sure to include the packing slip, or your name and address inside the package so we know who to refund. We generally process refunds within 2 days of receiving a return.
When returning merchandise, you may wish to take advantage of ebay's return system which will allow you to print the correct label easily. To so this, go to your list of purchased items and use the drop down list next to the one you want to return.
