• Estimated Delivery Dates provided by eBay may not always be accurate, they are automated and we have no control over them. Orders shipped via Royal Mail 48 will usually arrive in 2-4 business days. Orders shipped via Royal Mail 24 will usually arrive in 1-2 business days. Royal Mail Special Delivery and Next Day courier shipments will usually arrive the next business day. • Collection can be arranged by appointment only. No stock is held at the office address so no cold calls please!
  
• Returns are accepted provided they are not damaged in any way and all of the original packaging & accessories are included. (Shipping costs cannot be refunded for non faulty goods).
• Any items incorrectly described or damaged in transit must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery.
• Any items supplied with a 'Return to Base' (RTB) warranty will be covered for faults for the stated period only (warranty starts from date of delivery).
• Note for potential buyers in the EU and Northern Ireland: Regrettably, due to the 2024 changes to the "General Product Safety Regulation" (GPSR), and the requirements to comply with it, it is not feasible for us, as a very small business, to ship our products to these areas after 13th December 2024.
