Game case is in good condition with very basic signs of wear. Game discs have various levels of wear ranging from very little to really scratched, but all have been tested and work. Please contact if you have any issues. Include manual with CD Key on it (needed for installation).

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

-Orders will be secured and packaged the same day as the order (so long as it isn’t a major holiday)

-Orders placed on weekdays Monday - Friday BEFORE 11:30AM EST will be shipped the same day. (so long as the shipping vendor isn’t closed due to a holiday)

-Orders placed on after 11:30AM Friday, Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped out early Monday morning (so long as the shipping vendor isn’t closed due to a holiday). 

We package our games inside of a company purple themed bubbler that is protected from impacts as best as possible. Inside of each USED game case that is NOT brand new and sealed, we place a small square bubble padding cutout to help ensure the game disc does not dislodge from the game disc spindle (as is common with shipped games), as well as help protect the disc itself and the other interior contents a little better.

We offer a 14 day return on all products for any reason, buyer pays shipping unless item doesn’t work as described in listing. If you would like to return an item, please message us any concerns or issues before opening a return request. All items must be returned in the condition they were received - New or sealed products must be returned new or sealed unless there was shipping damage to the product discovered after opening. If a product(s) is sold as brand new and is returned opened and used, a 50% refund will be made.

Once contacted for return and describing the issue, we as the seller will request for you the buyer to open up a refund request for the game(s) so that the order or part of the order can be shipped back to the seller. Once the return order has been delivered, the seller will then begin a verification processes to asses that the game indeed does not work as described and has not been damaged in any way by the buyer. The seller will cross examine detailed reference photos taken during the initial packaging with the initial purchase to compare condition - looking out for cracks or major scratching that did not exist prior to shipping out to the buyer. If the seller finds that there was no additional major damage or wear caused by the buyer in this 30 day period and the game(s) do not work correctly as described, we will refund the buyers order in full and cover the cost for return shipping. If we find major wear or damage was caused by the buyer and not reported as shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery of the order, we will open a dispute against the return.
