Hi there,
I am the Owner/ Operator of Rennashops aka a Stay at Home Dad who finds and sells sh*t on ebay, so he can feed his children who never ever stop eating...ever.
The items you see listed on Rennashop, are items that I find at estate/yard sales, thrift stores, donations, and or that I pull from my own personal collections. Mostly I find stuff and flip it.
Items are sold "as is", just like I find them at the sales or at the thrift stores. All inventory is stored in a safe and secure, moisture and rodent free space. I touch the items as little as possible once the items are listed, and sell the items in as close to the same exact condition as I find them in to match the photos in the listings. What you see pictured in the listing, is the exact item that will be shipped.
SHIPPING- Most items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage, which comes with free tracking and is generally pretty quick. Items like posters, media, and books will be shipped Media Mail. Some items like post cards or baseball cards may be shipped snail mail. I do next day deliver, which means I take it and drop it off at USPS the next day after your purchase (except holidays and Sundays).
NO RETURNS- I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! I REPEAT NO RETURNS!!!! Please keep that in mind. You as the buyers assume risk and responsibility for buying items online from re-sellers, especially on old vintage/ antique collectibles, stickers, media, vinyls, toys and electronics and the list goes on and on. I am not the inventor, I did not design it or manufacture it, I am not a Walmart or Jeff Bezo's. I cannot return it to the estate sale or to the Goodwill, so...take a deep breath, and make sure you can live with your buying decision because all sales are final.
UNLESS, you receive your item and it is:
- Broken or Destroyed in the mail by a lovely USPS employee
- Not as described in my listing or Not as pictured in my listing
- If I list it as "tested/ Working" and it does not work for some ungodly reason.
- A different size or item all together that you did not actually purchase.
- If you did not receive your item at all
Please message me immediately so I can do my best to make you a happy camper. I do not deliver the packages myself, control delivery times, control what happens to the packages once they are dropped off at USPS, nor am I a postal worker. I am just a regular dude who finds and sells stuff on the the bay.
