We aren’t experts on some of these items, so if something is missing we can have a look and see if it’s there, just let us know. What you see in the picture is what you will get, any imperfections will be listed seperately.

SHIPPING INFORMATION


Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment (Monday-Friday). Deliveries may be delayed during busy periods of the year. Please see the estimated delivery date section above before purchasing.


In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement (if available).


If you use a third party courier then you are not covered by ebay, and we won’t be responsible for any damage. If you have a preferred method of postage, please message first to see if we can do it for you.


RETURNS INFORMATION


If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 14 days.


If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method). However; if the item is damaged faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage.


Returned items will be checked to see if our invisible pen markings are on the item. As we have had people return different items in the past. Any attempts at switching our items for different items will be reported to the police as mail fraud
