Our mechanical and electrical parts are technician tested and taken from working units.  However if there is a problem with your item for ANY REASON let us know and we will correct the problem.

IDENTIFYING YOUR PART:

Before you place your order please check the listing to see if it is new or used; if USED it will have scratches from wear and cleaning.  OPEN BOX items will be in like-new condition but may have very slight wear from the packing and the moving process.

The photos on the listing may or may not be the actual item as we take one set for the quantity. 

The item description is found completely in the TITLE which tells the   Part Number, Brand, Appliance and Product Type.

RETURN POLICY: 

We accept returns on almost all of our items.  Check the listing before you buy so you will know if it is a returnable item.

The item must be returned in same condition, with proper packing and packaging.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 

We will only ship to the address you provide on your order. If you make a mistake, cancel the order and reorder with new address.

We ship TWO BUSINESS DAYS Monday - Friday from date of order. No shipments on Saturday or Sunday.

When we print your label you will receive an email from EBay showing the shipment Tracking Number. If there is a problem with delivery please contact us immediately.

Note:  FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.  Please put your street address on the order.
