IN USED CONDITION

It does state in our listings that we do not accept returns, however we do accept returns if the item is defective or broken. 

Occasionally mistakes are made but we stand behind the products we sell. We try to provide part numbers and take good pictures of 

the items listed. Please DO NOT order parts based on if you THINK it will work or not. We want to provide you with the information 

needed to make sure you are purchasing the correct part. Please feel free to ask questions if you are not sure of something before 

making the purchase.

If a refund or return is decided on, then the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the problem.

All items shipped are coming from our Holland Small Engine store located in Holland, Michigan. 

Most of our items are in used condition and are coming out of our store. We do our best to make sure items are clean but because

they are used they may be dirty or dusty from storage.

Our normal business hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 9am-12pm. We are closed on Sunday. 

If you have a question about an item listed, please ask your question through ebay rather than trying to call the shop.
